Agreement
By booking or using services from The Vector Institute (ABN: 57 459 012 172), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services
The Vector Institute provides online tutoring, assessment review, and related educational support. Session content, scheduling, and delivery are agreed at the time of booking or enquiry.
Booking and payment
Sessions are booked via our website and Calendly. Payment is required in advance through PayPal unless otherwise agreed in writing. Assessment review is charged at the flat rate stated on our website at the time of submission.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a session. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the session fee unless otherwise agreed. Contact admin@thevectorinstitute.com to arrange changes.
Money-back guarantee
If, after your first full one-on-one lesson, you do not feel The Vector Institute is the right fit, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of the session by emailing admin@thevectorinstitute.com. The guarantee applies once per new student and does not apply to packages, marking services, missed lessons or late cancellations.
Student responsibilities
Students and parents/guardians are responsible for providing accurate information, attending sessions on time, and using online platforms appropriately. Submitted work must be the student's own unless assessment review or feedback has been explicitly requested on collaborative drafts.
No guarantee of results
We provide high-quality tutoring and feedback, but academic outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee specific grades, scores, or admissions outcomes.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Australian law, The Vector Institute is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service.
