If you do not feel the lesson was valuable or the right fit, you can request your money back within 48 hours. The guarantee applies once per new student and does not apply to packages, marking services, missed lessons or late cancellations.
We want the first session to be genuinely useful, not just introductory.
What happens in the first lesson?
The first lesson may include:
- A review of the student's current level
- Discussion of academic goals
- Review of recent marks, drafts, or feedback
- Identification of weak areas
- Targeted tutoring on a current topic
- Exam-style or assessment-style practice
- A recommendation for the most suitable lesson plan going forward
What should students bring?
Students are encouraged to bring or share:

- Assessment feedback
- IA or EE drafts
- Past-paper attempts
- School reports
- Questions they struggled with
- Upcoming assessment notifications
